We are glad to inform you about a further important step in the development of our COLCOM GROUP and SADEV.
After an exciting four years period since the acquisition of COLCOM GROUP from Wise Equity SGR S.p.A., in which we were capable to double our turnover, COLCOM GROUP, including SADEV, named We Build The Invisible, has been acquired by SIMONSWERK GmbH, and it is now beginning a new challenging journey.
SIMONSWERK is fully complementary to the COLCOM GROUP and SADEV business. Both groups are sure about the many synergies we have. Cooperation will allow the new group to boost its international growth, consolidating a strong leadership in the markets of high-end hinges for wood and glass, point fixing for glass and balustrades.
SIMONSWERK employs more than 600 people with 122 million euro turnover, while Colcom Group achieved 27 million euros in 2018 with 135 employees.
