Two skyscrapers located in Paris
The Pascal Towers were built in 1983 and are up to 95 meters high.
2017, is the beginning of the modernization project, which will see the fusion of these two towers, bringing the total height to 101 meters.
The building is enveloped in a remarkable architectural facade and changes its name to: Landscape Towers
The facade has been completely redesigned using high-quality architectural materials such as black marble, extra clear high-performance glass, and brushed stainless steel.
This facade design is transformed according to the angle of view and the light.
The relief of the building is provided by glass sheets fitted in front of the windows.
This architectural system allows the opening of the windows while limiting the inconveniences related to the climatic and phonic conditions.
The SADEV’s role
SADEV’s design office worked in partnership with GOYER GROUP, the company holding the contract, to optimize the cost and manufacture of more than 10,000 stainless steel castings with complex geometry that hold the glass panels (CONSTRUCT solution).
